Shipping and Returns

Most orders are sent DPD next day delivery in the UK with some exclusions such as Northern Ireland and Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and White and Scilly Isles which are a 2 day service.  

Please note it is up to you to select the correct shipping option for the UK region that you live in.  A wrongly selected option will result in the order not being despatched until the correct delivery costs are paid.

European orders are sent via DPD courier on a Duty & Taxes Paid (DDP) basis so that the delivery to yourself should be straightforward with no further fees to pay.  To facilitate this our website charges you the VAT due in your country of residence, which we remit via our courier to your country. 

Deliveries to countries outside the EU are possible but are on an individually quoted basis so please email us at the address below of your order and address details and we will come back to you with a price. Note in these cases, import taxes, duties and handling may be charged extra depending on location of delivery and is the receivers sole responsibility to pay for.
